Native Plant Festival & Sale

Pre-orders for our 2027 Spring Native Plant Festival & Sale are open now through January 2027! This is a great opportunity for you to begin planning your spring planting projects. Please order now to make sure you get the number and variety of plants you want. 

Native plants do more than beautify your yard—they help create healthy, thriving ecosystems right at home. Native species provide essential food and shelter for birds, pollinators, and other wildlife, while also helping stabilize soil and filter water. Because they are adapted to our local climate and growing conditions, they often require less watering and fertilizer than non-native plants.

Whether you’re adding a few native species to your backyard, creating habitat for pollinators, or restoring a larger area of your property, there’s a place for native plants in every landscape!

1. Review our plant sale policies and procedures.
2. Visit our online store: store.thurstoncd.com
3. Browse available plants on the Products page. Plants can be sorted into multiple categories or browsed alphabetically by common name.
4. Choose the right plants for your space. Explore our planting guidelines and resources or give our staff a call if you’re not sure what will thrive in your yard or planting area.
5. Complete your payment online through our PayPal portal. You do not need a PayPal account – you can check out as a guest.
6. Pick up your plants March 3–5th, 2027. We’ll send detailed pickup instructions and plant care information before March 1st.

Please note: We do not ship plants. All plants must be picked up during the designated pickup period.
